What You Can Do in the New PushPress Staff App (By Mode)

The PushPress Staff App includes two modes designed for different users and workflows:

Staff Mode

Staff Mode is intended for gym staff to handle day-to-day, in-gym tasks, including:

  • Managing member check-ins

  • Chatting with other staff

  • Managing assigned coaches

  • Managing member accounts

Note: Staff Mode is designed to be used on each staff member’s personal mobile device.


Kiosk Mode

Kiosk Mode is a self-service experience for members and supports tasks that previously required staff assistance, including:

  • Checking in to an appointment, open gym session, class, or event

  • Purchasing a plan

  • Purchasing products

Note: Kiosk Mode is designed to run on a tablet at the gym front desk.
