The PushPress Staff App includes two modes designed for different users and workflows:
Staff Mode
Staff Mode is intended for gym staff to handle day-to-day, in-gym tasks, including:
Managing member check-ins
Chatting with other staff
Managing assigned coaches
Managing member accounts
Note: Staff Mode is designed to be used on each staff member’s personal mobile device.
Kiosk Mode
Kiosk Mode is a self-service experience for members and supports tasks that previously required staff assistance, including:
Checking in to an appointment, open gym session, class, or event
Purchasing a plan
Purchasing products
Note: Kiosk Mode is designed to run on a tablet at the gym front desk.
