Staff members can apply product discounts through the staff mode in Staff App versions 1.7.1 and higher. NOTE: Discounts are not supported from Staff App in kiosk mode.
Select 'Products' from the Menu
Select your items and add to cart.
From your cart, select 'Discount'
Select the discount you want to apply. NOTE: Only Product Discounts that have been configured in your Core Dashboard from Products -> Discounts are available to select.
The discount is applied and visible in the cart total. Select 'Checkout'
After clicking checkout you will see Express checkout and Guest Checkout. If the person has a profile in your system select Express Checkout to use the payment method on file.
Select Guest checkout for individuals that do not have a payment method on file. When set to "charge now" you can select cash or charge another card. If you select charge another card you will then be able to add the card and complete the checkout.
