You have downloaded and successfully installed the Staff App, now let's take a look at one of the primary functions we're excited to bring you; checking in and adding members to classes and open gym! Members with or without reservations can be checked in or added to classes/open gym.
Checking in a member with a reservation:
Open the Staff App and select 'Classes' or 'Open Gym' from the Check In page.
If Open Gym is selected, you'll see the "week view" and be able to select the day you need to check someone into open gym. NOTE: This is for the Open Gym 24/7 access. If your open gym is listed as a class for specific times, you will need to select "Classes" to check members into the open gym time slots.
When you select Classes, the class list will appear by date and list classes in chronological order. Select the class you are looking for from the list.
From the class view you will see:
Checked-In: Members who are checked into the class.
Reserved: Members who have a class reservation but have not yet been checked into the class.
Waitlist: Members who reserved class and are placed on the waitlist for the class in accordance with your pre-set class size limits.
Late Cancel: Members who cancelled outside of your preset class cancellation limits.
No Show: Members who failed to show or failed to be checked into the class.
You can check in members one at a time or multiple members at a time.
To check in one member at a time: Select the member's name then select "Check-in" or "Remove reservation". For a single member check-in, you'll receive a confirmation. Remove reservation will immediately remove the reservation.
To check in multiple members (bulk check-in): Select the check box, you can "select all" or you can select the members using the radio button next to their names. Select the "Actions" button to choose to check into class or remove reservations.
All members will reflect as checked into the class.
Checking in a member without a reservation:
Members without a reservation can be checked in using the main page or by selecting the class from the class calendar.
From the Main Page: Typing the members name in the 'Search name' text box.
Select the member's name and the calendar view will appear for the member to check into class. NOTE: If the member has an unsigned digital document, they will be prompted to sign that document prior to being checked in. If the member's plan does not allow access to that particular class, they will not be checked in.
From the Class: You can check in a member without a reservation from the class itself by selecting the blue + icon from the lower right corner of the screen. NOTE: The same workflow will apply if the member has an unsigned document or has a plan that doesn't have access to that particular class.
