The Staff App offers seamless functionality for booking individual and recurring appointments, purchasing appointment credits, editing existing appointments, and checking clients into appointments.
Booking Appointments from the Staff App (Staff Mode)
Select “Appointments” from the left menu.
NOTE: Booked appointments for the current day will be visible.
Select the date and click “Book Appointment.”
Select the following options:
Appointment Type
Staff Member
Client
Decide whether to add or purchase credits:
Credits can be bought either during booking or at check-in.
If a client has credits already, the number of credits will appear when their name is selected.
Specify the appointment booking type:
Individual: Set the date/time (multiple bookings are allowed within the same window).
Recurring: Set the start date, recurrence interval, and time(s).
Booked appointment will show on the calendar view
Appointment Statuses Explained
BOOKED - Blue - Appointment is booked with a credit applied
BOOKED (UNPAID) - Grey - Appointment is booked without a credit applied
CHECKED IN - Green - Appointment has been checked in (completed)
NO SHOW - Red - Appointment had a credit applied but the client was a no show
UNPAID NO SHOW - Yellow - The client was a no show but no credit has been applied to the booking
FORGIVEN - Grey - The client was a no show but the appointment credit was credited back to the client.
