The Staff App includes a chat function to allow your staff to amongst themselves in both Group and Direct Message format.

From the Staff App main screen, select the chat icon from the bottom center of the screen.

Group Chats: Public chat groups are denoted by the hashtag while Private chat groups are denoted by the lock button.

You can add or remove staff members from public and private group chats by selecting the chat you want to the visibility of and selecting the "people" icon.

Select the "Add people" button. NOTE: In order for you to add a staff member, they must be promoted to staff in your Core dashboard and have the toggle selected to "Allow access to Control Panel and Staff App".

Direct messaging (1-on-1 staff messaging) is accessed by selecting the "Direct Message" header then selecting the staff member you want to chat with.
