Changing or Adding a Coach in the Staff App

  • Open the Schedule: From the Staff App main screen, select Schedule to view the class calendar.

  • Select the Class: Find and tap on the class you want to modify or add a coach to.

  • Edit the Class Coaches: In the upper right corner, select Edit (pencil icon).

    • Choose Manage Coaches from the menu at the bottom of the screen.

  • Assign a Coach:

    • From the list of staff, select the desired coach.

    • Note: If there’s already an assigned coach or assistant coach, they’ll be labeled accordingly.

    • Choose the role for the new coach:

    • Coach or Assistant Coach.

  • Save the Changes: Tap the back arrow in the upper left corner, then select Done at the bottom of the screen.

  • Verify the Assignment: The updated coach assignment will appear at the top of the class check-in page.

Checking into Class as Coach

Checking a coach into class is super easy through the Staff App in coach mode. When logged into the Staff App, coaches will be able to navigate quickly to their classes section, select the class and click check-in. This will be important to ensure your coaches are added to your payroll section.
