The Staff App allows 'on-the-fly' changes to assigned coaches to any given class including, changing the coach assigned through Core to the class and adding an additional (assistant) coach to classes. This is a great feature if you need to replace a coach for a class, if you need to add a second to a class, or if you have a class that you don't generally have an assigned regular coach.

From the Staff App main screen, select the check in icon to bring up the class calendar.

Select the class that you want to change or add a coach to.

In the upper right corner, select the three dots then select 'Manage Coaches' from the menu that pops up from the bottom of the screen.

From the list of staff, select the coach you want to assign to the class. NOTE: If there is an assigned coach or assistant coach, they will be labeled accordingly in the staff list.

Select whether you are assigning the new coach as a coach or assistant coach. then select the back arrow from the upper left corner Then Select Done from the bottom of the screen.

The newly assigned coach will reflect at the top of the class check in page.
