Changing or Adding a Coach in the Staff App
Open the Schedule: From the Staff App main screen, select Schedule to view the class calendar.
Select the Class: Find and tap on the class you want to modify or add a coach to.
Edit the Class Coaches: In the upper right corner, select Edit (pencil icon).
Choose Manage Coaches from the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Assign a Coach:
From the list of staff, select the desired coach.
Note: If there’s already an assigned coach or assistant coach, they’ll be labeled accordingly.
Choose the role for the new coach:
Coach or Assistant Coach.
Save the Changes: Tap the back arrow in the upper left corner, then select Done at the bottom of the screen.
Verify the Assignment: The updated coach assignment will appear at the top of the class check-in page.
