To cancel appointments from the Staff App (in Staff mode) select the appointment from the appointment list. You can choose to check the client into the appointment, cancel the appointment, or mark the client as a no show for the appointment.
NOTE: The steps to mark an appointment as no-show are the same as cancelling except that the client will permanently lose the appointment credit.
When an appointment is cancelled within the cancellation window, the credit is returned to the client.
When cancelling the appointment:
Select whether you want to "Email client" and/or "Email staff"
Confirm the cancellation with the "Cancel appointment" button
A successful cancellation will show the "Appointment cancel successful" confirmation box.
The steps to cancel an appointment during the late cancellation window have the added step of selecting whether the client will retain or lose the credit.
