Create and edit the perfect membership plans for your business

Updated over 2 months ago

PushPress offers a variety of plan options to suit the needs of different members and business models. These plans can be customized with various settings such as reservation limits, class restrictions, price points, occurrences, and expiration dates.

Establishing your base plan templates is essential for creating an efficient system to manage memberships and signups. Below are the common types of plans you’ll likely offer at your gym. Each plan will automatically generate a landing page for seamless online signups, reducing the need to handle walk-ins manually.

PushPress Plan Categories

Using Plan Categories in PushPress is essential for keeping your memberships and offerings well-organized, and greatly enhances the clarity and accuracy of your reporting.

Key Benefits of Plan Categories:

  • Keeps Your Plans Organized:

    • Plan categories allow you to group similar types of plans together, such as:

      • Personal Training Plans

      • CrossFit Plans

      • Kids CrossFit Plans

      • Hybrid Plans (classes and appointments)

    • Without categories, all these plans would be mixed together in a general category, making it harder to manage and differentiate between them.

  • Improved Detailed Reporting:

    • When generating reports, plan categories make it easier to filter and analyze your data. For example, you can filter generated reports specifically for CrossFit Plans or Personal Training Plans, allowing for more targeted insights into performance, membership trends, and financials.

  • Categories also help in reviewing data for specific areas of your business without having to sift through unrelated plans, leading to quicker and more efficient decision-making.

  • By organizing your plans into categories, you ensure better structure and streamlined operations, making it easier to manage and analyze your offerings.

How to Create Plan Categories in PushPress

  • From your Core dashboard, go to Plans, then select Plan Categories.

  • Click on "Create Plan Category" or select the red "+" button.

  • Enter the name of the category you want to create (e.g., "Members", "Trials", "Visitors").

    • NOTE: Make sure these are simple and descriptive as they appear on your public landing pages.

    • NOTE: We expressly suggest Grow users set their Plan Categories to "Members", "Trials", "Visitors".

  • Once you’ve named the category, click "Create Category".

  • Repeat this process to create additional categories as required for your various plan types.
