What is Priority Booking?
Priority Booking allows admins to reward members on specific plans with the ability to book classes or sessions earlier than members on other plans. For example, members on recurring plans can book ahead of those on punchcard plans.

How to Enable Priority Booking
Navigate to Plans:
Log in to your PushPress Core account.
Go to the Plans section in the left-hand menu.
Edit a Plan:
Locate the plan you want to configure for Priority Booking.
Click the Edit Plan button.
Enable Priority Booking:
Scroll to the bottom of the first menu window.
Check the box for Priority Booking.
Set Advance Booking Time:
Enter the amount of time (hours) you want to allow members on this plan to book ahead of the standard reservation window.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Examples of Use Cases
Recurring Plan Members: Allow these members to book classes 48 hours before the standard booking window.
Premium Plans: Give VIP or premium members the advantage of reserving spots first.
Trial or Punchcard Plans: Keep these plans on a standard booking window to prioritize recurring members.

Can I use priority booking for any plan?
Yes, priority booking is an option for any type of plan. Recurring, non-recurring, or punchcard.
Can I enable Priority Booking for multiple plans?
Yes, Priority Booking can be enabled for as many plans as needed. Each plan can have its own advance booking window.
Can members without Priority Booking still reserve spots?
Yes, they can book once the standard reservation window opens.
Can I disable Priority Booking for a plan?
Yes, follow the same steps to uncheck the Priority Booking box and save the changes.
