Migrate your members to PushPress - The Complete Gym Management Platform

Whether you are already joining PushPress for your gym management needs or are lurking and wondering how you would make the change, you're bound to have questions about the process of migrating your members without it turning into a jumbled mess. No fear, we have you covered!

What data do I need to add my members/clients into PushPress Core?

  • You can add all of your members with as little as the following:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Email address

Can I migrate my member list from another platform?

Can my members/clients migrate their workout history if we choose to use Train?

Can I upload my ex-members and leads?

  • We suggest uploading these to Grow.

    • Please save separate files with first name, last name, email and phone number for upload to contacts in Grow

Can I perform a payment info migration from another payment processor?

  • Technically yes but, we do not recommend doing so since there are a number of factors that can cause the process to take much longer than a traditional migration. We cannot predict the duration of time a payment migration can take.

What if the majority of my members/clients pay with ACH or direct debit? Can we still migrate them and use their bank account for billing?

What if PushPress wasn't the right fit for my business and I need to export my member/client data?
