What data do I need to add my members/clients into PushPress Core?
You can add all of your members with as little as the following:
First name
Last name
Email address
Can I migrate my member list from another platform?
Absolutely! It's as simple as export and migrate!
Can my members/clients migrate their workout history if we choose to use Train?
Yes! Train can import the workout history/data from Wodify and SugarWOD.
Can I upload my ex-members and leads?
We suggest uploading these to Grow.
Please save separate files with first name, last name, email and phone number for upload to contacts in Grow
Can I perform a payment info migration from another payment processor?
Transferring payment information requires cooperation with both your previous payment processor and PushPress, which uses Stripe for payment processing.
Begin by identifying and confirming the payment processor for migration and filling out necessary forms provided by PushPress to initiate a Stripe migration request.
For migrating TO PushPress:
Confirm that your previous provider can export payment data in Stripe-compatible formats.
Complete the Payment Migration Request Form provided by PushPress.
Ensure account numbers for both Stripe accounts are available to streamline the process.
For migrating FROM PushPress:
The receiving platform team should obtain a Migration Request Number from Stripe.
Have the receiving platform open a migration ticket with Stripe.
Communicate migration details with PushPress via email.

Start the process well before your deadline to account for delays.
Double-check all details provided in migration requests.
Maintain communication with all stakeholders throughout the process.
It's critical to ensure your previous processor supports secure data transfer and provides details for decryption and SFTP export servers for secure transfer.
If some payment information does not transfer successfully, options include manually entering details, requesting updated information via email, or members uploading securely using the Member App.
Collaborate closely with all involved parties, including PushPress Support, to oversee a successful and secure migration.
What if the majority of my members/clients pay with ACH or direct debit? Can we still migrate them and use their bank account for billing?
Yes! We suggest making sure to have a back up credit card/debit card on file to use in the instance of a failed payment.
