Need to reach out to your ex-members or track who has cancelled subscriptions over the years? Follow the below steps to export your list of all cancelled subscriptions in your system. (Note: this list will include members, ex-members, and non-members. This a list of cancelled subscriptions and NOT an ex-member list.)
1. Go to the People Menu and Click on Members | |
2. Click on Cancelled Subscriptions | |
3. Click on Download Cancelled Members |
