*Note that this is for your saved workouts from your workout builder. Draft workouts will not be published until they are saved. Learn how to save/publish a workout here.
2. Click on Management
3. Select "preferences".
4. Select drop down next to "Workout Publish Date".
5. Choose immediately, days in advance, or the select day for publishing.
6. Click on the calendar to choose a time.
8. After you click on ok your new settings will automatically be saved.
*Note: If you are changing the publishing settings. Workouts that are already published will not change unless being changed to "Immediate".
