1. Go to the Workout Builder page in Train

2. Click on Quick Add

Quick Add will allow you a workout that includes no scoring or advanced details.

3. To a Full Detailed workout click on Detailed Add

4. Start by selecting your score type

5. Next you will set division, title, and details of your workout

6. Verify Auto Tags and add any others

Tags will allow you to auto attach videos or images based on the certain tags chosen

7. Select Video Url to add link to your video for movement

8. Click on Confirm to save the video

9. Now it's time to save your workout!

Click on Save Workout

10. Now when you're looking at the workout from the week view select "save" again.
