Handling Missed Digital Document Signatures
If a member hasn’t signed their digital documents, they may be unable to reserve class sessions. To resolve this, you can:
Re-request a signature using the outlined methods.
Direct members to their profile in the Member App to sign.
Have them sign in person via the Staff App if they are at the facility.
Viewing Signed and Unsigned Digital Documents
Navigate to Digital Documents:
From the main menu, go to Apps > Digital Documents.
Select the Document by selecting the 3-dot menu next to the document you want to review.
Choose “View Document” from the options.
Review Signed & Unsigned Tabs:
Unsigned Tab: Lists everyone who has been sent the document but hasn’t signed it yet.
Signed Tab: Displays all members who have completed and signed the document.
How to Re-Request a Signature for Unsigned Documents
Go to the Unsigned Document List
Select Members:
Check the box next to an individual’s name, or
Check the box next to “Name” to select all.
Click “Re-request All Checked” to send a new signature request.
How to Emailing a Signature Request for Unsigned Documents
Navigate to the Member's Profile page.
Locate the Documents section.
Click the 3-dot menu next to the document and select “Email Signature Request.”
