Tracking member churn is essential in Core by PushPress because it provides insight into client retention and the overall health of your business. Understanding when and why members leave helps identify trends, improve services, and implement strategies to boost retention.
Viewing & Exporting Churned Members
Log In to your PushPress Core Dashboard with admin credentials
Navigate to People: From the dashboard, select the “People” section from the navigation menu.
Apply Filter for Churn:
On the right-hand side, click the filter icon.
Choose a Churn Date Range to reflect the timeframe you’re interested in.
The list will update to show only the members who have churned in that range.
Export the Data: Once the list is filtered, you can export the results.
Click the “Export to CSV” button to download the churned member list.
