How To Update the Payment Method for Affiliate Partner Programming in Train by PushPress

Update Payment Information & Retry Failed Invoice

If your billing information is outdated or a payment fails, your Affiliate Partner Programming will not load properly in PushPress Train. To avoid service interruptions, it’s important to keep your payment details up to date. Follow the steps below to update your card and retry any failed invoice. Updating your payment method

  • Log Into Train:

    • From your Core dashboard, click “Apps” → then select “Train.”

  • Access Gym Subscription Management: Select “Management”, then select “Gym Subscription” from the dropdown options.

  • Select Your Affiliate Program: Choose the Affiliate Program you’re currently subscribed to (or have recently purchased).

  • Update Gym Card:

    • Click “Update Gym Card”

    • Enter the new card information

    • Click Save/Confirm to securely update your payment method.

  • Retry a Failed Invoice:

    • After updating the card, select “View Invoices”

    • Locate the invoice marked “Failed”

    • Click “Retry” to reprocess the payment with your updated card.

Note: You will need to re-assign the class license in order for the workouts to show in the workout builder again!
