Core | Appointment Types - Details, Staff, Availability & Notifications

The new Appointment system can create multiple appointment types with different default availability and staff members.

Let's create your first Appointment Type! When in Appointments, click on the settings icon to begin setup.

Create a new Appointment Type by choosing "+ Add" in the top right corner.

You can create a new one by choosing add in the top corner.

Details Tab | Enter the details of your Appointment Type here.

Staff Tab | Select the staff members who are available for this Appointment Type.

Availability Tab | Set the times when the Appointment Type can be booked.

  • Make sure you have set your staff's Working Hours in their staff profile under Edit Coach Info

Availability Tab Continued | Scroll down passed Availability to Schedule and this is where you will set the scheduling parameters.

Notifications | Customize the confirmation email and and reminder text and email the client receives.

  • SMS text is only available in the United States and Canada at this time

Click on Save at the bottom to finalize this Appointment Type.
