This video outlines the Migration Process for appointments and will answer any questions and provide step by step details to ensure success. Migrating Appointments is not part of the migration assistant. The migration assistant can assign plans for your group class calendar. Here we go!
Step 1 | Export your members and outstanding appointment credits owed
If you can't export, record a list of members and appointment credits that need to be assigned in PushPress.
Be sure to set up your appointment types prior to moving to Step 2. If you have not completed that step, please set up your appointments first. Here is more info on setting up Appointments.
Step 2 | Assigning credits
Select 'Appointments' from your PushPress dashboard
Select 'Add Credits'
Complete the following member information:
Client
Appointment Type
Custom
Add the number of transferring credits
Choose expiry
Type is $0 for price so they are FREE with no charge.
Select 'Add' from the top right to save
Now credits are on profile. Members can reserve appointments from the member app or staff can assign reservation times.
Repeat these steps for each member that has credits needed to be moved into PushPress.
