Train Lite offers a no-cost solution for gyms that want to display digital programming on PushPress Screens and the PushPress Members App without the need for score logging, tracking or other advanced features.

You can self-install Train Lite directly from the PushPress App Store. First, login to your PushPress Core account. On the lefthand navigation select Apps-App Store. You will see all of the app options and can search in the search bar for "Train". Upon clicking the Train option select "Try PushPress Train".

Yes, If you want to upgrade to the full version of Train follow these steps. First, Click on the "Upgrade to Train" option within your Train Lite account. Next, you will be given the option to book a demo with our team to showcase all of the advanced features as well as answer any questions you might have!

Yes! If you would like to export your workouts from our previous system, Tracks, to the Train Lite system. Please use the PushPress messenger button or email us at support@pushpress.com.
