1. Click on Coaching
2. Click on Workout Programs
3. Click on Create Program
4. Choose your Program Type
Daily Program: Group Class Program
Program Template: Set start date program similar to weightlifting cycle
Personal Training: Program for Individual Clients
5. Enter name for program
6. Choose who can see the program
Public - anyone with access to the Train App in your gym
Default - this respects the Plan Restrictions to Class Types in your PushPress Core account (if they can check into that Class Type they can see that Workout Program)
Private - restricted to those on a specific membership
7. Click on Confirm
