Members will use their password to log into the Member App and can authenticate for purchases in the Store App set to Kiosk mode.

Log into Control Panel
Find member
Click 'Edit Personal Information' button in right column
Scroll down to 'Access'
Change 'Reset Password' input to new password (6 characters or longer)
Click 'Save'
Member updating their Password
If they already know their current password but want to change it they can log into the Member App and do it from there. Find it by clicking on their name or icon in top right.
If they don't know their password, they can do a password reset from Member App.
If the member is really confused, you can shoot them an automatic email from the Control Panel that will help them out.
