From both the Member App and Branded Member App members can use their app to reserve a spot in class and check-in against that reservation when they get to class.
From the member app Home Screen, select the "Schedule" button from the menu.
Class or Open Gym Check In
Select the "Reservations" tab
NOTE: Reserved classes and Appointments will be listed in chronological order.
Select the class reservation you want to check into.
Select "Check In"
Class or Open Gym Reservation Cancellation
From the "Reservations" tab, select the class or open gym session you want to cancel your reservation for.
Select "Cancel"
Appointment Check In
From the "Reservations" tab, select the appointment you are checking into.
Select "Check In". Check In will be illuminated if you are within the check in window for the appointment.
Notes
Check-in is only available the day of the class and must be completed before the class start time. Once class begins, only coaches can manually sign in members through the Staff App.
Members cannot check in via Kiosk mode after class has started.
Extending the check-in period allows members to book a class during this extended time, but not to check in after the class start time.
Members need to have all documents signed. If they don't it will redirect them to Profile -> Documents where they can sign first.
Class coach should still use our Staff App to verify everyone in front of them has checked in, and everyone who has checked in is there too.
