From both the Member App and Branded Member App members can use their app to reserve a spot in class and check-in against that reservation when they get to class.

  • Open the Member App or Branded App and select the "Classes" icon from the Menu bar from the bottom of the screen.

  • Select the class you want to reserve.

  • From the class page, select "Reserve" to reserve your class.

  • In the Class list, you'll see a green box on the class you've reserved.

  • You'll also note the class as reserved in the "Reserved" Tab at the top of the screen.

  • By selecting the Reserved Tab -or- the class from the class list, you can either Check-In to the class or Cancel your reservation.

Notes

  • Members need to have all documents signed. If they don't it will redirect them to Profile -> Documents where they can sign first.

  • Check-in is only available the day of the class up till the end of class.

  • Class coach should still use our Staff App -or- Screens App to verify everyone in front of them has checked in, and everyone who has checked in is there too.
