Start Your Day with Opportunities
Navigate to Opportunities: Check the Opportunities section for an overview of contacts in the membership sales pipeline.
Review Pipeline Stages: Leads move through stages like Warm Lead, Scheduled Trial, Attended, No Show, and Member.
Stages are automated based on workflows.
Example: Filling out a “Contact Us” form moves a contact to the Warm Lead stage in the Contact Us workflow.
Get Insights: Check the “source” of the lead in Opportunity details to understand how leads are entering your pipeline.
Check New Leads and Take Action
Focus on New Leads: Prioritize new leads in the Warm Lead section—these are fresh contacts within the last 30 days.
Update Lead Status: As leads move forward (e.g., scheduling a trial), the system automatically updates their status.
Re-engage Cold Leads: Leads that haven’t engaged within 30 days move to Cold Leads. Consider a follow-up call or message.
Review and Manage Contact Information
Navigate to Contacts: Use Smart Lists to organize leads (e.g., Warm Leads, Cold Leads).
Utilize Smart Lists: Select a list like Warm Leads to engage contacts in that category or drill down for personalized interactions.
Monitor Communication and Workflow Activity
