Step-by-Step Directions for Starting Your Day in PushPress Grow:


Step 1: Log in to PushPress Grow

  • Access your Grow account and navigate to the Opportunities section.

Step 2: Review Your Membership Sales Pipeline

  • This section shows the stages your leads are in during their workflows.

  • Hover over each stage to view the workflows that placed leads in that stage.

Step 3: Check Lead Details

  • Click on a specific lead to view detailed information, such as:

  • Pipeline Entry: How they entered the pipeline (e.g., form submission, chat widget).

  • Communications: Recent emails and texts they’ve received.

  • Workflow Progress: The current stage and tags associated with the lead.

Step 4: Check Contacts

  • Go to the Contacts section to access Smart Lists:

  • Click on a category (e.g., “Warm Leads”) to view all leads in that group.

  • Select a contact to see their interaction history, workflows, and tags.

  • Navigate to the Conversations section to manage ongoing communication:

  • Review messages in the Unread or All categories.
