Summary
The Financial Details Report gives you a complete breakdown of all financial activity in your PushPress Core account.
You can view transactions for the current month, previous month, or a custom date range.
This report is the best way to track revenue, monitor fees and refunds, and export line-item data for bookkeeping or accounting.
Where is the Financial Details Report?
Where to Find the Financial Details Report
Log into PushPress Core.
Select Reports from the left-hand menu.
Click Financial.
Select the Details tab.
The report will auto-load with the current month by default.
To customize the range:
Click the date selector (e.g., This Month).
Choose Custom.
Set your start and end dates.
Click Refresh.
Components of the Financial Details Report
The Financial Details Report is broken into two major sections:
Graphs & Summary Tiles
These provide a visual overview of financial activity for the selected date range.
Total Revenue
The total amount of all transactions during the selected period.
Average Membership Transaction (This Month)
The average paid membership value (free/comped plans excluded).
Total Refunds
The total amount refunded for the selected date range.
Total Transaction Fees
All processing fees for the period.
Total Transaction Expenses
The total of Refunds + Transaction Fees.
Total Flex Fee Revenue
Revenue collected from Flex Fees.
Transaction Type Breakdown
A percentage view of how your revenue is distributed across transaction types
(memberships, retail, punch cards, etc.).
Payment Type Breakdown
A graphical view of revenue by payment method
(card, ACH, cash, etc.).
Net Deposited Amount
Gross revenue minus fees and taxes — your true net revenue for the date range.
Individual Downloadable Reports
Each downloadable file includes detailed line-item data.
To download:
Click the three dots in the top-right of any report tile.
Select Download Data.
Choose CSV, Excel, or another format.
You can also enable Advanced Options → Export All Rows to ensure all line items are included.
Transaction Detail Report
A full breakdown of every transaction, including payments, refunds, discounts, and fees.
This is the best report for audits, bookkeeping, and accounting.
Annual Revenue Report
A month-by-month summary of revenue for the chosen year.
This version is less detailed and best for high-level review.
Bulk Report Export
You can download the entire Financial Details dataset for the selected date range using the top-right menu.
Bulk Report:
The entire Financial Details report can be downloaded for the requested date range by selecting the three dots then selecting Download.
Advanced export options also allow users to download reports with customized datasets in CSV or Excel formats for detailed financial analysis.

Successful payments revenue
Upcoming payments revenue
Total payments for the current month (successful + upcoming)
Next month’s pending payments
Analysis Tools
Current month upcoming payments (table)
Next month upcoming payments (table)
Tip: Export the report to view more than 100 line items.

Net Revenue = Gross Revenue – Fees – Taxes
Is this the best report to send to my accountant or bookkeeper?
Yes.
The Transaction Detail Report provides a line-by-line breakdown of all transactions, which accountants require for reconciliation and financial reporting.
Can I export all data for deeper analysis?
Yes. Use Advanced Options → Export All Rows when exporting.
