Steps to Access and Configure the Financial Details Report:
Navigate to the Financial Details Report:
Go to the **Reports** section of your Core account and select **Financial**.
Select the Details Report:
This report provides a detailed breakdown of transactions, ideal for bookkeeping purposes. The data can also be exported in either CSV or PDF formats, providing flexibility for various professional needs.
Choose the Date Range:
By default, the report will be set to "This Month," showing all transactions completed in the current calendar month.
To customize the date range:
Click on "This Month" and select "Custom".
Use the calendar to specify the exact start and end dates required.
Update the Report:
Once you’ve selected your date range, the blue refresh button will highlight.
Click it to update the report screen with the selected transactions.
Download Transaction Details:
Once the report has refreshed, scroll to the Transaction Details section.
Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the report to download the data to a spreadsheet. If accessing payroll-specific data, navigate to the advanced options within the table to ensure 'All Data' is selected before downloading. Ensure that you are selecting the correct three-dot menu specific to the Financial Details Report itself, not the browser or page-level menu, to avoid errors. For advanced data options, use the menu to select 'Download Data,' choose 'All Data,' and pick either CSV or PDF format.
