Core | Transactions Report - How to View and Export Payment History

How to use the Transactions Report in PushPress Core to filter, view, and export payment history for reconciliation and bookkeeping.

Written by Jessica Hamel

Overview

The Transactions Report gives you a complete, filterable view of every financial transaction in your account — payments, refunds, comps, and fees. It's the primary tool for reconciling daily revenue and providing line-item data to your bookkeeper.

To access it: Payments -> Transactions

Selecting a Date Range

The report defaults to the current month. To change:

  1. Click the date selector.

  2. Choose a preset or select Custom and set your dates.

  3. Click Refresh.

Filters

Use the filter bar to narrow results:

  • Transaction Type — Filter by membership, product, event, punch card, refund, etc.

  • Payment Method — Filter by card, ACH, cash, or comp.

  • Member Search — Search by member name to see transactions for a specific person.

  • Saved Filters — Save your frequently-used filter combinations for quick reuse.

Transaction History

The transaction table below the summary cards lists every transaction in the selected date range with infinite scroll. Columns include: date, member name, transaction type, payment method, amount, and status.

Each row is a discrete transaction. Click a row to view additional detail.

Exporting

To download the transaction list:

  1. Select Download.

  2. Choose CSV or Excel.

For large date ranges, select Advanced Options → All Results before downloading to ensure the full dataset is included — not just the visible page.

The export includes: date, member name, type, payment method, amount, fees, refunds, and membership status.

FAQs

Why doesn't my exported total match what I see on screen?
Make sure to use Advanced Options → All Results when exporting for a multi-month range. The default export may only include the first page of results.

Where are refunds in the export?
Refunds are included in the transaction list with a negative amount and a Refund transaction type.

How do I find transactions for a specific member?
Use the member search filter in the filter bar. Transactions for that member will appear in the table.
