Celebrating Birthdays and Membership Anniversaries
Recognizing your members' birthdays and membership anniversaries is a key part of building engagement and fostering a sense of long-lasting community in your gym. The Celebrations Report makes it easy to track these important milestones.
How to Access the Celebrations Report
Navigate to the Reports Section:
From your dashboard, select Reports.
Then, choose Celebrations from the menu.
Customize the Report:
By default, the report will display all upcoming celebratory events within the configured date range.
You can choose to filter the report to show only Birthdays or Anniversaries by selecting the appropriate option.
Using this report, you can proactively engage members during their special milestones, enhancing their experience and making them feel more connected to your gym's community.
