Setup for Dashboard 2.0

Steps to Access Dashboard 2.0:

  • Existing admins can enable Dashboard 2.0 by clicking the banner at the top of their Core account after logging in.

  • New users will automatically be provided with Dashboard 2.0 as their default interface.

  • NOTE: You can disable or revert to the original dashboard at any time. Simply click “Disable” on the top banner or select “Switch to Classic Mode” from the lower-left corner of the Core account menu. This flexibility ensures you can transition to Dashboard 2.0 at your own pace.

Who will get access to Dashboard 2.0?

  • All PushPress users, regardless of their plan, will have access to Dashboard 2.0.

Can I switch back to the old dashboard?

  • Yes! If you were using the classic dashboard, you can switch back if you aren't quite ready for the new dashboard. If you are a new admin, you cannot switch your dashboard to our classic dashboard.

Will my data or settings be affected?

  • No, all existing data and settings will seamlessly transfer to Dashboard 2.0.

Are there additional costs for using Dashboard 2.0?

  • No, Dashboard 2.0 is included as part of your current PushPress plan.

How can I provide feedback?

  • Use the feedback button within the dashboard or contact the CX team to share your experience.

What information can my staff see if they aren't an admin?
