The Staff App streamlines member management on the go with intuitive icons that highlight key member milestones and details. It enhances sales support by providing expanded plan information, a quick view of appointment credits, and milestone check-ins—all designed for fast, informed staff interactions.
Class & Event Page
On the attendee list of each Class or Event, staff will now see icon-based tags below a member’s name to indicate key insights:
Lead or Lead Plan – Diamond icon
Birthday Today – Cake icon
Gym Anniversary Today – Number with a circle icon (e.g., "2" for a 2-year anniversary)
New Note in Last 4 Weeks – Sticky note icon
Unsigned Document – Document icon (right side of the row)
Member Profile View - Person Card & Profile Page
Tapping on a member's name in Classes, Appointments, or Events of these lists opens their Person Card, which provides a quick snapshot. From there, tapping the profile image brings up the full Profile Page.
From the People page, staff tap on the member’s name to pull up the full Profile Page directly.
What Staff Can See on the Profile Page?
Basic Info: Name, nickname, profile photo, and member status (Lead, Member, Non-Member, Staff)
Total Check-Ins: Full count of member check-ins (excluding staff check-ins)
Contact Options: Call, text, or email the member
Temporary Statuses and Tags:
Upcoming birthdays or anniversaries
Plan expiring soon or punchcard nearly used
Recent notes
Staff Notes: View the latest note and access all notes (if Staff Notes are enabled)
Workout Results: View most recent and all logged results (if Train is enabled)
Plan & Credit Info:
Active plans (including start/end dates, usage, and billing info)
Appointment credits (remaining sessions, expiration dates)
Where You Can Access a Member’s Profile?
You can access the Profile Page from:
Classes, Events, Appointments, and Open Gym
Tap the member’s name
Tap their profile image on the Person Card
People Section
Tap a member’s name in the list (goes directly to the Profile Page)

What member information can I see on the Profile Page in Staff App?
You’ll see the following items on the Profile Page in Staff App:
Name
Profile photo
Member status (Lead, Member, Non-Member, Staff)
Total check-ins (excluding staff check-ins)
Contact info (call, text, email)
Temporary statuses (e.g., plan expiring soon, punchcard low)
Celebration tags (birthday, gym anniversary, check-in milestone)
Recent staff notes (if Staff Notes are enabled)
Workout history (if Train is enabled)
Active plans and appointment credits, including usage and expiration info
Where can I access a member’s Profile in the Staff App?
You can now view a member’s Profile Page from:
Class detail page
Event detail page
Open Gym detail page
Appointment detail page
People section
Note: From all of these, just tap on the member’s name and then their profile picture. This opens their full profile with all available insights.
What plans are included in the Profile Page in Staff App?
Currently, only plans that are active, pending active, paused, pending paused, or pending cancel will be shown. For now, plans are NOT shown if they have been completed or are canceled. How can I see what plan or membership a person is on in Staff App?
A staff member can view a person’s plans and/or appointment credits from the Profile Page in Staff App. To view more details on a plan, click on the Plans box.
