What is GymHappy
GymHappy is an automated system that uses AI to gather feedback from a gym's membership base. Once feedback is submitted, the member is then encouraged to turn their GymHappy review into a Google review by simply clicking a button and pasting their review into Google. The GymHappy review is added to an archive that can be accessed for social proof and can be turned in to Social Media posts
What to expect
When GymHappy goes live, the system immediately gets to work. Each day, it selects three random class attendees to receive a review request.
If a recipient doesn’t submit feedback: They will be excluded from the review pool for 30 days.
If a recipient submits feedback: They will be excluded from the pool for 60 days.
When feedback is submitted, both the GymHappy admin and coach receive an email notification with the review details.
For 4- or 5-star feedback:
The review is added to the “Wall of Feedback” for display.
It is also featured in the website widget.
For 5-star feedback only:
The reviewer is prompted to easily create a Google review based on their submission.
Additionally, a new GymHappy Pipeline is added under the Opportunities section to visually track client satisfaction levels, organized by ratings from 1 to 5.
Dashboard widgets are also added, providing a clear overview of client happiness and referral activity at a glance.

What Makes GymHappy Effective?
Automating a canned review ask to your members is easy. What makes GymHappy better?
It’s not a canned message. GymHappy uses AI alongside data we know about the member to make the message personalized and unique.
It asks the right people at the right time. No more random requests to people on some random timeline. GymHappy sends requests to members after they come to class, which increases response rates and effectiveness.
It keeps it simple. This whole system is streamlined to simply collect reviews for you. There’s no other fluff or confusion around it that can distract a member from leaving a review.
GymHappy Referrals
After a client checks in, GymHappy prompts them to leave a class review. When the “Last Review Date” field updates, a referral workflow is triggered:
• If the client has the appropriate member tag and leaves a 5-star review, they are prompted to submit a referral via a simple Referral Form to share a friend or family member’s details.
Upon referral submission, staff are notified, and the referral is added to the GymHappy Referrals pipeline for easy tracking.
For reviews under 4 stars, staff are immediately notified with the client’s name, star rating, and review summary, enabling quick follow-up to address issues and reduce churn.
