Steps to Enable or Disable Screen View:
1. Log in to Your PushPress Account:
Open your preferred web browser and navigate to the Train by PushPress login page at train.pushpress.com. Enter your credentials (username and password) and click the "Log In" button.
2. Access the Coaching Section:
After logging in, you'll be directed to your dashboard. Locate and select the "Coaching" tab.
3. Navigate to Workout Programs:
Within the Coaching section, find and click on the "Workout Programs" option. This will take you to the area where you can manage your workout programs, templates and personal training.
4. Select the Daily Program or Personal Training:
In the Workout Builder, identify the specific daily program or personal training session for which you want to enable or disable screen visibility. Locate the three vertical dots (ellipsis) icon next to the chosen program or training and click on it.
5. Choose Update Screen Visibility:
A dropdown menu will appear when you click on the ellipsis icon. From this menu, select the "Update Screen Visibility" option. This will open a dialog box where you can make changes to the screen visibility settings.
6. Enable or Disable Screen Visibility:
In the dialog box, you'll see options to enable or disable the screen visibility for the selected program or training. Choose between "Enable" and "Disable" based on your preference.
7. Confirm Your Choice:
After making your selection, click on the "Confirm" button to apply the changes. The screen visibility for the chosen daily program or personal training will be updated according to your selection.
