Overview
The Engagement reports operate as a dashboard where you can get an overview of how check-ins and cancellations are performing for classes and members.
This report data is updated every 8 hours.
All check-in data excludes staff check-ins.

Check-in Category
Classes - include only classes check-ins
Other - include Open Gym and Appointment check-ins
#of check-ins - total number of check-ins for period
Best week - week with the most check-ins in period
Best day - day with the most check-ins in period
# of check-ins / week day - number of check-ins on each week day across all weeks in the period
# of check-ins / week compared to week last year - total number of check-ins / week of the year, comparing this year against the last
Class attendance
Top 3 class types with most check-ins - classes with most check-ins in period by class type
Top 3 classes with most check-ins/class - classes with most checkins by day of week and time
Top 3 classes with most cancellations/class - classes with most cancellations by day of week and time
Average Check-ins by Class Type - average number of check-ins per week for each class type in the period
Total Check-ins by Class Type - total number of check-ins by class type in the period
Average of Check-Ins per Class - Average of check-ins and cancellations for each class broken down by day of the week and time
Average of Cancellations per Class - Average of check-ins and cancellations for each class broken down by day of the week and time

Total Check-ins - total check-ins per period
Class check-ins - total class check-ins per period
Other check-ins - total open gym and appointments check-ins per period
Avg Check-in/week - the total checkins in the period / the number of weeks that person was a member in the period
#of weeks with checkin - weeks in the selected period where that user has performed at least one check-in (e.g. “3 (out of 6)” means three check-ins within 6 weeks that person was a member in the period selected)
$ Spent - Total spent by member in period
Cancellations - Number of cancellations by member in period
