How Is the Data Calculated?
The report uses data directly from your PushPress account to track and calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, retention, member attendance, and other essential metrics. These metrics are aligned with the proven methods from Two Brain Business to help you optimize your business performance.
The data is calculated by analyzing transactions, attendance records, membership activity, and other business operations captured within your PushPress platform, ensuring you receive accurate and actionable insights.
By following the guidance and reviewing these metrics, you can make informed decisions to improve your business’s health and growth trajectory.
LEG - Length of Engagement:
The average length of engagement is the number of distinct months each member has had an active membership-qualifying service, including recurring subscriptions marked as "membership". If a member's "member since" date is before your business joined PushPress, those numbers are included in their engagement length.
To calculate this:
Count the distinct months each active member has had a membership-qualifying services.
Add months based on the imported "member since" date, if applicable.
Calculate the average engagement length for all active members for the month.
The value reflects the average duration of member engagement with your services.
ARM - Average Revenue Per Member:
Average revenue per member is calculated by dividing total payments for membership services (excluding free services) by the number of paying members.
For multi-month subscriptions, revenue is spread evenly over up to 12 months.
