How to properly use the app and concepts around how the app works effectively as a TV display of workouts and your class reservations

Updated over a week ago

The Screens App is designed to be used on a TV, mounted on a wall in the gym. Typically by the whiteboard is a good spot.

There are 2 parts to this app, Classes mode and Workout mode. It's a great companion app to the PushPress Check-in app and strongly recommended.

Classes Mode

This will display a few key things you need to see as a coach and as a member

  1. Members which have checked in to current and future classes.

  2. Members who have reserved a spot in class but not checked in yet.

  3. Class schedule of the day.

  4. Member count for class so coach can do a quick headcount and verify everyone who is in front of them has checked in.

  5. Who is coaching.

This app is virtually hands-free, it will auto switch to the next class 15 minutes prior to the start of class.

This will show you the workout of the day. Data is pulled off what you enter in Track-pro in the PushPress Control Panel.
You can run multiple workout 'tracks' and each track can have multiple workout components like a warmup, Strength and Metcon etc.

Using the Fire TV Stick remote, a coach can:

  • Toggle Workouts

  • Toggle Tracks
