Grow | Notification Settings

Notifications Management will allow clients to customize notifications for what works for you and your team.

You and your team have various preferences when it comes to notifications. Some may be more mobile and prefer all mobile notifications, while others might prefer desktop only. Some staff members might have a mix of preferences depending on the notifications. Others may want to ignore some notifications altogether. Managing notifications extends beyond just preferences within Grow; it also includes managing settings in the Member App and adjusting notifications for integrations such as Instagram.

Now, each team member will have the ability to manage what type, and how they receive internal notifications from Grow! This also includes managing notifications across various platforms in the PushPress ecosystem, ensuring seamless control over all notifications.


1. From your Grow dashboard, go to settings

2. Click on Profile from the left hand menu bar

4. At the top of your profile screen, click on Notifications

From this menu, each staff member can now manage their notification settings for app, email and SMS type messages coming from the platform. Additionally, you can explore more advanced notification controls for the Member App, Instagram, and email/SMS messaging, which are detailed below.

Adjusting Member App Notifications

To manage notifications on the Member App:

  • Turning off notifications via phone settings:

    • On Android devices:

      • Go to Settings > Apps.

      • Locate the 'Member App' in the app list.

      • Adjust notification settings as required.

    • For iOS devices, navigate to similar settings to turn notifications off.

  • Within the Member App:

    • Open Settings > Notifications > Member App. Disable all specific app notifications directly from here.

Managing Notifications for Instagram, Email, and SMS in Grow

  • Instagram Notifications:

    • Access settings via: Settings > Integrations > Insta/Facebook > Settings to modify preferences.

  • Email and SMS Notifications in Grow:

    • Go to Settings > My Profile > Notifications.

    • Configure which notifications should be sent via email and SMS.

From this menu, each staff member can now manage their notification settings for app, email and SMS type messages coming from the platform.
