What you are going to do here is create a Custom Scoring Division. To get a general overview on Custom Scoring Divisions click here.
Login to Train.
Click on "Coaching", and then "Scoring Divisions", and then click on "Create Divison".
Name it, and choose an order of "0", and then "confirm".
Your members can now choose "Hidden" when they log their results.
