Core | What can a member do if they miss a payment and are in Alert Status?

Here are the actions your clients can take if they have a late payment.

When a client is in alert status they will be able to:

  • View Class Schedule

  • Reserve a Class

  • View Social Feed

  • Participate in a pre-order

  • Update their personal & payment information in the app

  • Register for an event

They will not be able to:

  • Check-In to class.

When they get to the gym and try to check in they will not be able to, which will be a prime time to update their payment information.
