Member App | How to Find and Submit the Diagnostics

If you are having issues with your member app, here is how to find and send the PushPress team the diagnostics from your device.

When you need assistance with your Member App (or Branded App), providing the Member App diagnostics will hep the PushPress Support staff to quickly identify and troubleshoot your issue and provide the fastest possible resolution. Here are the steps to find and submit your diagnostics.

HINT: After submitting your diagnostics, make sure to keep an eye on your email for follow on questions and information as PushPress Support diagnoses the issue.

From the member app Home Screen, select the Setting "Gear" icon on the right side.

Select "Help & Support"

Select "Report an issue"

From the email screen, clearly state what issue you are experiencing and if you've attempted any troubleshooting steps prior to sending in your diagnostics.
