Detailed rules on how Lead, Member, Ex-Member and Non-Member status are assigned to people

Updated over 2 months ago

What is a tag?

The PushPress Core gym management system automatically assigns a status tag to each profile that is created. The tag is based on a number of set parameters that are dependent on the plan type the individual is assigned. Clients who do not have a plan but attend appointments can have a tag manually added to their profile.

You can see this tag right below their profile pic on their detail page.

The Rules:

Lead

  • Has no assigned plans

  • Has a plan designated as 'Trial' membership

  • Has been added to the system via 'Add New Lead' on Control Panel

  • Has been added to the system via Lead Capture Form

  • Has been added to the system if synched through PushPress Grow (PushPress Grow is an additional product)

Member

  • Has a active plan that is designed as 'is a member' plan.

  • Paused plans will continue to be counted as members

Ex-Member

  • Has no plan designated as 'is a member' in active, paused, alert, pending pause, or pending cancel status

  • Has at least one membership plan with status of 'cancelled' or 'completed'

  • Has had at one time a plan designated as 'is a member'

Non-Member

  • Has never had a plan that was designated as  'is a member'

  • Disqualified leads will go into this bucket

  • Any person that is 'deleted'
