Track

• A 'Track' refers to a class type or series of programmed workouts. Examples could be - 'CrossFit', 'Barbell Club' or 'Beginners On-Ramp'

• A 'Workout' is a segment of what might be programmed for a particular day for a Track. Example, on a certain day of a certain track you may have many workout segments such as 'Warm-up', 'Strength', 'Met-Con' and 'Cool Down / Mobility'
