Understanding Train Free vs. Train Pro
PushPress Train offers two versions:
Train Free: Offers basic features but does not allow users or clients to log workout results.
Train Pro: Includes advanced features like logging workout results and adding published workouts.
To access client workout logging, you must upgrade to the Train Pro version. If you’re using Train Pro, ensure workouts are published in your PushPress account, and click the 'Save' button once updates are made.
Publishing Your Training Programs
Publishing training programs allows your clients to access and log workout details. Follow these steps to publish programs in the Train app:
Navigate to the Workouts section.
Go to the Workout Builder.
In the upper-right corner, select Manage Templates.
Choose Class Programs.
