How to Access the People Profile
Log into PushPress Core.
Search for the person by name, email, or phone number.
Click on their name to open the People Profile.
What You Can Do in the People Profile
Manage Membership Plans
View active and past memberships.
Update or switch membership plans.
Review plan details, pricing, and expiration dates.
Handle Billing & Payments
View saved payment methods.
Update payment information.
Review invoices, credits, and payment history.
Track Attendance & Scheduling
See past class check-ins and bookings.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is anything being removed from the new People Profile?
Yes, a few rarely used actions have been removed or reorganized to improve security and simplify workflows. All core functionality is still available.
Reset Password – Removed from staff access to better protect accounts. Members can reset securely through the Members App or by email.
Punchcard Expiration – The “Change Punchcard Expiration” action has been combined with “Change Billing Date” since both accomplish the same outcome.
Notes & Reminders – Lead notes and member notes are now merged into a single “Notes” section. Reminder scheduling (email/SMS to staff) will return soon in the new experience.
Sub-Account Billing Fix – Removed from Plan actions due to very low usage.
Pro-Coaching Payroll Adjustments – Removed from Plan actions due to very low usage.
Q: Why were these actions removed or changed?
To increase security, reduce duplicate functions, and streamline daily staff workflows. In most cases, the functionality still exists but is consolidated into a simpler process.
Q: Can we switch back to the old view?
No. This is a full replacement built to be faster and more reliable.
Q: Does this change what members see in the Members App?
No. This update only affects the staff-facing Core platform.
Q: Are new permissions required?
No. Access is the same as before.
Q: Does this impact Grow automations?
No. Grow workflows run as normal.
Q: What if something feels off?
Report via Support or Intercom. Feedback will shape future improvements.
Q: Does it work better on mobile?
Yes! it’s optimized for tablets and phones, perfect for front desk and coaches.
Q. I don’t see the Staff page being updated, will Staff page be updated any time soon?
Yes! it’s on the roadmap for us to update soon.
Troubleshooting
Can’t find a member? Double-check spelling or try searching by email/phone.
Missing billing details? Confirm that a payment method is added to the member’s account.
Wrong membership showing? Verify plan status and end dates under the Membership Plans section.
