Why is Grow being updated?
The new version of Grow is designed to fix common issues like:

What’s different about the new Grow dashboard?
The new dashboard highlights only what matters:
Unread conversations and emails
New leads you need to follow up with
Memberships that are paused or need attention
It’s clean, simple, and easy to stay on top of your daily tasks.
What improvements were made to Pipelines?
5 new pipelines are now available: Lead Funnel, Membership Lifecycle, Appointments, Client Satisfaction (GymHappy), and Check-In Milestones.
Pipelines are clearly organized with stages like “New Lead,” “Booked,” “Canceled,” and “Closed/Won”.
Are workflows easier to manage now?
Yes! Workflows will now:
Have clear folder names
Show you “How it’s Triggered” and “How it Works” with sticky notes
Are built around actual client activities like reservations, plan changes, and class check-ins.
How does Grow now sync with PushPress Core?
Grow now uses:
New workflow triggers and actions built directly for PushPress Core
Direct syncing based on actions like class reservations and membership updates.
What migration options do I have?
At this time, we only offer 1 option:
Updating your Existing Account
→ Keeps your workflows and most setups, with updates to avoid conflicts.
→ Keeps tags & smartlists
→ Keeps your old pipeline(s)
Is there anything else I need to do before migration?
Yes — you’ll need to fill out a short form telling the migration team about any special instructions or custom setups you have.
The more detailed you are, the better the migration will go.
Will I get on a call with someone from the team before the migration work starts?
No — a one-on-one call is not automatically scheduled before your migration begins.
