How does the Committed Club benefit gyms?

Setup and Installation

Who can access the Committed Club feature?

  • The feature is included for Pro and Max clients in PushPress.

How do I install the Committed Club feature?

  • Navigate to the App Store in Core.

  • Select “Configure” and click “Install” to activate it on your account.

  • Access the Committed Club dashboard via the Apps menu in Core.

Can I edit the settings after installing the Committed Club?

  • Yes. You can adjust the name, rules, and start date before the club officially begins. However, settings for previous months cannot be altered after the start date.

Managing the Committed Club

How do I view my gym’s Committed Club progress?

  • The dashboard in Core displays a monthly summary, including the number of participants, individual check-ins, and members who met the attendance goals.

Can I export member check-in data?

  • Yes. Use the Export function to download attendance data (name, email, and check-ins) for any month.

For Gym Members

How do members track their progress?

  • Members can see their progress through the Committed Club widget on the Members App or Branded App home page. A progress bar updates as they log check-ins.

What is a streak, and how does it work?

  • A streak represents consecutive months of meeting Committed Club attendance goals. It begins at two consecutive months and continues as long as the member remains consistent.

Where can members view their streaks and history?

  • By tapping the Committed Club widget, members can view:

    • Their current streak.

    • Progress toward this month’s goal.

    • History of past achievements.

Launch Timing

When does the Committed Club go live in the Members App?

  • First of the month launches: The widget activates at 12:01 am on the 1st of the month.

  • Mid-month launches: The widget activates as soon as the feature is enabled.

Can I pre-launch the Committed Club?

  • Yes. A pre-launch banner will appear in the dashboard when a future start date is chosen. This gives gyms time to prepare communications and build excitement.

Notifications and Celebrations

Will members be notified about their progress?

  • Yes. PushPress sends automated notifications to keep members updated on their check-ins, goal progress, and streak milestones.

What happens if no members make it into the Committed Club?

  • The app encourages members to compete for a spot, fostering healthy motivation. Gym owners can use notifications and announcements to inspire participation.
