What to do if you didn't receive your PushPress login code — including how to resend it and log in with a password instead.

Overview

PushPress uses a one-time login code sent to your email instead of a password. This article explains what to do if you don't receive your login code.

Applies to: Members, staff, and admins logging into PushPress Core or the Member App


Step 1: Wait and Check Your Inbox

Login codes can take up to 30 seconds to arrive. Check your email inbox before taking any other action.

  • Search for: "Action Required: Your Login Code"

  • Check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox


Step 2: Request a New Code

If the code still hasn't arrived after 30 seconds:

  1. Click the back button on the login screen.

  2. Enter your email address again and click Send Code.

Important: Requesting a new code invalidates your previous code. If you receive two codes in your inbox, only the most recent one will work. Both codes may appear in the same email thread.


Step 3: Try Logging In With a Password

If you have a password set on your account, you can use that as an alternative:

  1. On the login screen, click the back button.

  2. Select Log in with password instead of the code option.


Still Can't Log In?

Contact your gym's staff or admin, they can verify your email address is correct in the system and resend access from Member Profile.
