Members will use their password to log into the Member App and to authenticate purchases on the Store App in Kiosk mode. For security reasons, admins cannot directly reset a member's password, but you can send them a reset link.

How to Send a Password Reset Link
Go to the member's profile in PushPress Core
Click on Settings and Security, then click Reset Password. This sends a password reset email to the member.
Client should open email and follow steps to set up or reset password.

How Members Can Reset Their Own Password
If a member forgets their password, they can reset it directly from the Member App login screen by tapping Forgot Password and following the email instructions.
