Core | Members - How to Reset a Member Password

Members will use their password to log into the Member App and can authenticate for purchases in the Store App set to Kiosk mode

Members will use their password to log into the Member App and to authenticate purchases on the Store App in Kiosk mode. For security reasons, admins cannot directly reset a member's password, but you can send them a reset link.

How to Send a Password Reset Link

  1. Go to the member's profile in PushPress Core

  2. Click on Settings and Security, then click Reset Password. This sends a password reset email to the member.

  3. Client should open email and follow steps to set up or reset password.

How Members Can Reset Their Own Password

If a member forgets their password, they can reset it directly from the Member App login screen by tapping Forgot Password and following the email instructions.
