Overview
Each staff member or coach can share a personal lead generation link that automatically assigns any new lead to them as the referral source. This is useful for tracking which staff members are bringing in new prospects.
How to Get a Coach's Personal Lead Gen Link
Log in to the PushPress Control Panel.
Go to People - Staff Tab in the left navigation.
Head to Staff member and click 3 dots - Edit Staff Info
Head to Staff Availability and click on My Lead Gen Link to copy to clipboard.
This is the coach's unique link. Copy it and share it with the coach.
How It Works
Standard lead generation landing pages include an optional field where prospects can select who referred them. Most prospects skip this field. The personal lead gen link bypasses that by embedding the coach assignment directly in the URL.
Each coach's link is unique to their staff record. If their profile is updated or removed, the link behavior may change.
Sharing the Link
Coaches can use their personal link in:
Instagram bio or social media profiles
Text messages or DMs to prospects
Email signatures
Paid ads as a destination URL
Troubleshooting
Leads aren't being assigned to the coach after using the link
Confirm the coach's staff record is active in PushPress
Check the lead profile after submission — the referral source should show the coach's name
I can't find the My Lead Gen Link button
Confirm you are viewing the staff member's profile (not a member profile)
The button appears in the right rail — scroll down if it's not immediately visible
