Core | Staff - Assigning Members and Leads

How to assign a lead or member to a specific staff member in PushPress Core for follow-up, coaching, or account management.

Overview

Assigning leads and members to staff lets you track who is responsible for follow-up and coaching relationships. This is useful for gyms that assign coaches to specific member portfolios or use staff for lead nurturing.

Who can do this: Admin and Staff with appropriate permissions

Where: Lead Detail page or Member Profile page


Assigning a Lead to a Staff Member

  1. Go to People in the left navigation.

  2. Click on the Leads tab and click the three dots (β‹―) next to the lead and select Edit Lead.

  3. In the lead detail page, find the Assigned To dropdown.

  4. Select the staff member from the list.

  5. Click Submit.


Assigning a Member to a Staff Member

  1. Go to People page and select Member page. click the three dots (β‹―) next to the member and select Edit Personal Information.

  2. In the right column, click Edit Personal Info.

  3. Scroll to the Access section.

  4. Use the Assigned To dropdown to select the staff member.

  5. Click Save.

or

  1. Go direct to the member's profile page using search function in upper right.

  2. In the right column, click Personal Info - Gym Details.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Use the Assigned To dropdown to select the staff member.

  5. Click Save.


Viewing Assignments

  1. Go to People in the left navigation.

  2. Click on the Staff tab and click the three dots (β‹―) next to the lead and select View Metrics.

  3. Roster will have people assigned to coach listed.


Troubleshooting

The staff member I want doesn't appear in the dropdown

  • Confirm the staff member has an active staff record in PushPress

  • Staff members who are deactivated won't appear in the assignment list

Assignment isn't saving

  • Confirm you clicked Submit (leads) or Save (members) after selecting

  • Check that you have the correct permissions to edit lead and member records
