How to charge members or guests for products from the Staff App

With product purchases integrated in the Staff App (kiosk mode), charging members and guests for products couldn't be easier!

Express Checkout:

  • Members with payment methods on file in their Core profile

  • Used in conjunction with a member's PIN, Cash payments, or Add to Account feature. Payment method set up HERE.

Guest Checkout:

  • Guest checkout is an option to sell a product without attaching the product sale to a particular person in your Core system. This is convenient for a person who doesn’t have any information in your Core system yet (e.g. someone who walked into your gym or studio from the street).

  • A member who is set up in your Core system but does not have a payment method on file yet.

After adding items to the cart, select 'Guest checkout'

Select the form of payment.

  • Cash will be an option ONLY if you have set this up within the Staff App’s Product Sales Settings

  • Card (manually type in the card number and details or use the scan function (available on Apple / iOS products only))
